Philippa Gray is the Director of Adderstone Group’s London Office and the Founding Director at Adderstone Nova Limited. They have been pivotal in leading operations and growth in London since relocating there in 2017, managing a diverse mixed-use portfolio across the commercial and residential sectors. With a background as a Development Surveyor at Adderstone Group from 2014 to 2025, Philippa gained extensive experience in evaluating development opportunities and overseeing the planning process. They hold a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate from Northumbria University, further solidifying their expertise in the property development field.
