We help public and private sector organizations enhance the psychological well-being of their teams and employees. Through our support services, we ensure that organizations foster a culture of mental health, psychological security, and resilience … WITHOUT compromising productivity or leaving their people unsupported in times of crisis.

Our approach combines crisis counseling, individual, couple, and group psychological counseling, management counseling, coaching, psychotherapy, and training. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of your organization, whether it's through one-on-one sessions, team interventions, or training programs in psychological first aid, conflict resolution, and more.

At Addicere, we understand the critical role psychological well-being plays in the success of an organization. By addressing the mental health needs of your people and equipping them with tools for resilience and stress management, we help create a supportive environment where your team can thrive. Our expertise spans psychotrauma recovery, communication strategies, and conflict management, ensuring your workforce remains strong, even in challenging times.

WHAT OTHERS SAY:
🗣 "We have been completely satisfied with the support service provided by Addicere during our many years of cooperation. The flexibility and responsiveness of Erik Rüütel and his team has been a very good fit and match for the needs of our employees and the entire organization. I especially want to praise Erik Rüütel's ability to think along with him in order to find trainings that suit our needs or broader topic approaches, which he can offer to all interested parties, for example, in the format of a psychological coffee morning. The feedback so far has been very positive and new meetings are eagerly awaited." — Director of personnel office, Republic of Estonia Ministry of Foreign Affairs
