Charles J.

Charles J. began their career in 2018 as a Student at St. Thomas University. In 2021, they took on a role as a Sales Representative at Bed Bath & Beyond. In 2022, they joined Addigy as a Support Engineer Intern, where they developed log analysis and retrieval techniques for troubleshooting and analyzing user device management. Charles also developed and built advanced communications and customer relationship management skills to strengthen business-to-business customer relations. Additionally, they provided various solutions for the product and any other for their Apple Devices and MDM Issues. Charles then became a Platform Application Intern, where they became familiar with a variety of business communication apps and other tools to manage projects including Slack, Zoom, ZenDesk, Jira, and G Suite. Charles also participated in daily stand-ups, QA work, and managed and troubleshot macOS, Linux, iOS, and iPadOS while also prioritizing and managing several open issues at once. Charles is currently a Support Engineer at Addigy.

Charles J. received their High School Diploma from Brito Miami Private School in 2018, after attending from 2011 to 2018. Charles is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science from St. Thomas University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022.
