Knud Erik Knudsen

Knud Erik Knudsen is a seasoned consultant specializing in project management, leadership systems, value creation, and organizational development. Since September 2016, they have operated as an independent consultant through their firm, 3D Vækst Aps, focusing on value creation for small and medium-sized enterprises via advisory services and board work. Prior to this, Knudsen held several key positions, including Afdelingschef at Verdo and Produktionschef at Alfred Priess A/S, where they achieved significant financial improvements and developed strategies for sustainable growth. Knudsen earned a Master’s in Sales and Marketing from Aarhus Business School and holds multiple certifications in quality management and board governance. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager at Adding Engineering A/S, focusing on energy and environmental projects.
