Eric Kelley

Eric Kelley has extensive experience in executive search and development, currently serving as Manager of Executive Search for Finance and Accounting at Addison Group since December 2015. Prior roles include Executive Search Consultant and Director of Development at Theta Delta Chi Fraternity from October 2012 to December 2015, and Sales Associate at Grand Circle Corporation from April 2010 to October 2012. Additionally, Eric Kelley held the position of Director of Expansion at Theta Delta Chi Fraternity from July 2006 to April 2010. Educationally, Eric Kelley holds a Master's degree in Comparative Literature and a Bachelor's degree, with a quadruple major in Comparative Literature, Philosophy, Spanish, and International Studies, from Penn State University.
