Jay Houston started their career at AccountPros in 1997 as an Account Manager. In 1999, they joined Addison Group, where they held various roles including Vice President-Founder from August 1999 to January 2012 and President of Finance & Accounting from January 2012 to the present.

Jay Houston attended Sam Houston State University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on General Business.
