Jennifer Wright Simpson has over 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Jennifer has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of the Human Resources and Administrative Division at Addison Group, where they focused on relationship-building and delivering the right candidates to clients. Prior to that, Jennifer was the Director of Temporary Services at Tangent Corporation, where they played a key role in establishing the company's temporary division. Jennifer also served as the Director of Recruiting, Sales, and Operations at Dallas Employment Services, where they managed and motivated sales and recruiting teams, implemented successful sales strategies, and oversaw personnel management and budgeting processes. Jennifer has also been actively involved in industry associations, serving as a Vice President at MAPC and as a Board Member at the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. Their extensive experience has given their a strong background in sales, operations, team management, and industry association involvement.
