Stephen Pierce

Stephen Pierce, MSIT, is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical writing, system administration, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Technical Writer and System Administrator at Addison Group since August 2016, Stephen specializes in preparing and improving documentation for IT processes within the financial industry. As the proprietor of Cross Country Technologies, a small business IT department established in July 2002, Stephen provides comprehensive IT solutions, including networking and customized computer systems. Previous roles include Technical Writer at OakTree IT in the energy sector, Senior Business Analyst at Global Resources, LLC, IT Consultant at ConocoPhillips, and GIS Technician at Phillips Petroleum Co. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technology from South University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University.
