Erin Cashes

Erin Cashes has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Quality and VSM at Addison HVAC since August 2018. Prior roles include Quality & Value Stream Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at the same company, as well as Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer at Baker Hughes from April 2016 to August 2018. Erin's experience also encompasses project management at GE Oil and Gas - Artificial Lift, where responsibilities focused on configuration management standards, and a role as a Business Process Analyst I at GE Oil and Gas ESP. Earlier in the career, Erin served as a Petroleum Engineering Technician at the Bureau of Land Management and as an Industrial Engineering Intern at UPS. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Oklahoma Christian University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
