Xavier Blanché has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and digital strategy. Xavier started their career as an Assistant Pricing and Processes at Miquel Alimentació Grup in 2009, where they gained experience in market research and sales analysis. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing Manager at We Watch the Match, where they developed communication and digital strategies, conducted market surveys, and managed customer acquisition. During the same period, they also co-founded and served as a controller at Club Màrqueting i Ventes de Girona, an association focused on marketing research, education, and services for private companies.

From 2010 to 2013, Xavier served as the Coordinator for the postgraduate program of digital marketing and social media networks at Universidad de Girona. In this role, they planned the program, coordinated activities, and assessed student performance.

In 2013 and 2014, Xavier worked as an Online Marketing Manager at T Dispatch, where they planned, managed, and controlled marketing strategies, executed SEO strategies, and optimized Google AdWords campaigns.

From 2014 to 2015, Xavier was an SEO Account Executive at Interactiva Web Online. Xavier created and executed successful SEO campaigns, provided support for SEO implementation, and conducted market audits and keyword research.

Xavier then joined All Square in 2015 as a Marketing Manager, where they defined marketing strategies, implemented SEO strategies, and analyzed platform performance.

Currently, Xavier is an Operations Manager at Additio since 2016. Their responsibilities include driving online traffic, measuring and reporting campaign performance, and developing growth strategies.

Throughout their career, Xavier Blanché has demonstrated a strong skill set in digital marketing, SEO, strategic planning, and performance analysis.

Xavier Blanché completed their Bachelor's degree in ADE from Universitat de Girona between 2005 and 2009. Xavier then pursued a Graduate degree in Management Marketing and sales strategy from the same university from 2009 to 2010.
