Bob Markley

EVP at ADDMAN Engineering

Bob Markley is the current EVP at ADDMAN Engineering. Prior to joining ADDMAN, Bob was an engineer at Belcan Engineering where they were attached to Rolls-Royce, 1107c, 2100, and 3007 Engine Performance and Service Groups. Bob was responsible for the design and coding of multiple projects to increase the efficiency and usefulness of data and reporting. Bob also maintained a SQL database and issued queries for reporting and tracking.

Before joining Belcan Engineering, Bob worked as an assistant engineer at Conquest Racing. There, they developed test plans and ran in shop tests to improve performance in various areas. Bob was also the primary Solidworks designer with the ability to machine and prototype. Bob instituted Poka Yoke concepts into spreadsheets and processes, and they streamlined the reporting process in order to make more timely use of data while also presenting data in a clear, concise, and easy to understand format. In addition, Bob pioneered using Control Charts for pitstop analysis and they developed complex spreadsheets and code for fuel strategy calculations and metrics reporting.

Bob Markley has an MBA from Butler University - Lacy School of Business and an MBA from University of Nevada, Reno. Bob also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

They work with Youping Gao - Chief Scientist & EVP, Technology, Deven Suthar - VP, Finance, and Dave Mayfield - VP, Business Development. Their manager is Joe Calmese, CEO.
