Jordan Goodman is an experienced Chief Legal Officer with a strong background in Employee and Labor Relations, Negotiations, Contract Drafting, and General Corporate matters. They served as General Counsel and VP of Human Resources at Mark Andy Inc. from 2014 to 2025, managing global legal and HR functions and acting as a member of the executive team and Board of Directors. Prior to this, Jordan was Labor and Employment Counsel at Rexam Beverage Can from 2009 to 2014, where they advised on labor law and led union negotiations. They hold a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and are pursuing a BBA at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
