Max Rogers

Max Rogers began their career in 1992 as a Maintenance employee at Kennecott Utah Copper. Max held various positions in Maintenance at Bingham Canyon Mine, including Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Planner, Sr. Maintenance Planner, and front line supervision. In 1999, they started their own business, Enterprise System Solutions, as the sole employee. Max grew the business to 11 employees, focusing on business process consulting in asset-intensive industries, mainly mining and transportation. In 2003, they joined COSOL North America as Chief Executive Officer. COSOL is a global provider of digital solutions. In the same year, they also became President and Chief Executive Officer of AddOns, Inc., the most reliable and comprehensive provider of managed IT services, hosting, and application support available to asset-intensive industries.

Max Rogers attended the University of Wyoming from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
