Ross Hoppenjan

Ross Hoppenjan has a long and varied work experience. Ross began their career in 2002 as a Student Manager for UWM Dining Services and The Southwestern Company. In 2006, they joined Kelly/HRFirst as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates from job boards, generating interest in job opportunities, and tracking candidates through an applicant flow database. Ross then moved on to The Novo Group as a Recruiting Consultant in 2007. In 2009, they joined Broadlook Technologies as a Sales Consultant, and was later promoted to Sales Director/Market Segment Manager. In 2015, they joined RingLead, Inc. as an Account Executive - Partnership Business Development, and in 2017 they joined AddOns, Inc. as an Account Executive.

Ross Hoppenjan attended Lubar College of Business from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a BBA in Marketing & Human Resources and a minor in Economics. Ross also attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus in Human Resources and Marketing.
