Gary C. Silva has worked in the sales industry since 2002. Gary C. began their career as a Branch Lending Manager at TCF Bank and was promoted to Branch Lending Manager 3 in their first year. In 2020, they were hired as a Direct Sales Manager at Nextiva, where they masterfully created cultures where everyone felt part of the bigger picture.
