Joern Windler

Joern Windler began their work experience in 1990 as a Business Owner of undisclosed businesses. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant to the CEO and in Business Development at JT Europe GmbH. Joern then worked as an Investment Manager at allyve GmbH & Co. KG from 2007 to 2010. From 2008 to 2012, they were an Investment Manager at Netbreeze GmbH, specializing in Web and Social Media Analysis. In 2008, they also became an Investment Manager at Secusmart GmbH, a company that offers encrypted mobile telephony. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant for M&A at Solsquare, focusing on renewable energies technologies. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Investment Manager at Ammer Partners GmbH, where they supported small- and midsized companies with capital, know-how, and networks. Since 2014, Joern has been the Managing Director of International Security GmbH, which provides temporary mobile security solutions. Recently, in 2020, they became the President of Smart Surveillance at AddSecure, a company providing Smart Surveillance solutions to protect businesses from incidents such as break-ins and theft.

Joern Windler has an extensive education history. In 1995, they began studying at the University of Bremen, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Rechtswissenschaften (law). Joern completed this program in 2001.

In 2008, Joern furthered their education by enrolling in the Advanced Studies in General Management program at the University of St.Gallen. Joern completed this program the same year.

The following year, in 2009, Joern returned to the University of St.Gallen to pursue Advanced Studies in Financial Management, specializing in Finance.

In 2011, Joern enrolled in the Executive Master of Business and Administration program at JurGrad | Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. This program focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and ran until 2013.

In 2012, Joern attended INSEAD for a brief period, completing a program in Leadership and Management known as the MAP.

More recently, in 2017, Joern obtained a Certificate in Data Protection & Compliance from JurGrad | Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
