Mika Thomen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and delivery management. Currently serving as a Delivery Specialist at AddSecure since October 2022, Mika previously worked as a Customer Support Coordinator at Qicraft Group, the official Technogym distributor in Finland, from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior roles include Customer Service Representative at FedEx and Customer Technical Support at Telia.
