Rasmus Pedersen

Rasmus Pedersen started their career as a Studentermedhjælper at Alm. Brand Bank in 1997. Rasmus then worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at Securitas from 2000 to 2006, where they were responsible for monitoring and valuation of acquisition targets. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Chief Business Controller at Coloplast, focusing on integration of acquired Mentor business and evaluating R&D projects. Rasmus then joined Falck in 2007 as the Director of Finance and Business Development, managing the finance functions and leading business development projects. In 2013, they became the Director of Verisure UK, responsible for managing the company through a greenfield start-up. Rasmus then worked as the CFO at Hoist Group from 2015 to 2019, and currently holds the position of CFO at AddSecure since 2019.

Rasmus Pedersen's education history reveals that they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1994 to 2000. During this period, they pursued a degree in Finance and successfully obtained a degree known as "Cand. Merc." Additionally, in 1998, Rasmus had the opportunity to study for a brief period at Texas McCombs School of Business. During this time, they focused on their field of interest, Finance, and pursued an MBA degree.
