Tanja Antonijevic is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience in multinational environments, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at AddSecure since 2025. Previously, Tanja held various HR roles, including Head of HR at Miele X and Senior HR Advisor at N.V. Nuon Energy. Tanja has a strong background in HR business partnering, strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and organizational design, and is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tanja is fluent in both Dutch and English and is currently pursuing further education in HR leadership at Nyenrode Business University.
