Tomas Norderstål

Tomas Norderstål has extensive experience in the security industry. Tomas is currently the Director of Product Management at AddSecure, where they lead a team focused on strategic business offers for various product categories. Prior to this role, they were the Head of OEM Business Development Program and the Corporate DPO at AddSecure.

In addition to their work at AddSecure, Tomas has held various leadership positions, including Founder and CEO of Norderstål Konsult AB and Concept Manager & COO at Baloba Inter AB. Tomas has also been involved in industry organizations, serving as a GDPR expert for SäkerhetsBranschen and as the vice Chairman of the Security committee.

Before their time at AddSecure, Tomas worked at Teletec Connect AB as a Business Development Manager and Business Area Manager for Wireless Intrusion. Tomas also founded and served as CEO of Larmtorget Svenska AB, where they developed a software solution for the residential security market.

Tomas began their career at LH Electronic Alarm AB, where they held various roles, including Sales- and Marketing Manager and vice President. Throughout their career, Tomas has demonstrated expertise in product management, business development, and data protection.

Tomas Norderstål attended IHM Business School in 1998, where they pursued a degree in IHM Marketing Management. Tomas completed their studies in 2000. In 2011, Tomas briefly returned to IHM Business School to pursue a degree in IHM Business Development, which they completed within the year.
