Brad Lerch has held various roles in the sales industry since 2008. In 2010, they were an Account Manager for Sage ERP & CRM Products at Keystone Software Solutions, Inc. From 2008-2010, they were the Director of Sales - EDI at Kissinger Associates, Inc. In 2012, they became a Sales Manager at Listrak, where they consulted with C-level executives to develop custom digital marketing strategies. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Sales - North America at dotmailer. In 2017, they became a Senior Account Executive at Emarsys. In 2019, they were a District Sales Manager - Enterprise - Mid-Atlantic at NICE inContact. In 2020, they were a Senior Account Executive at AddShoppers and a Sales Director at Shift7 Digital.

Brad Lerch obtained a BA in Comm/Journ - Public Relations from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In October 2020, they also earned a Conversational Marketing Certification and a Conversational Sales Certification from Drift.
