David Hale

David Hale serves as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at AddShoppers since March 2023. Prior to this role, David was a Partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where the focus was on advising companies regarding privacy and cybersecurity risks and regulations. David's extensive experience includes positions at TD Ameritrade, where responsibilities as Deputy General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer were held, and prior roles at Astrachan Gunst Thomas and Wildman Harrold. In addition to legal practice, David has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore. David holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Policy Studies, Anthropology, and History from Rice University.
