Lena Ekbom has extensive experience in sustainability and environmental management. Lena is currently working as the Head of Sustainability at Addtech AB since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Axel Johnson International AB from May 2017 to May 2020, where they developed and implemented sustainability strategies and goals.

Before their role at Axel Johnson International AB, Lena served as the Sustainability Manager at AxLoad AB from November 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives across the group and establishing a systematic approach to sustainability. Lena also served as a board member for several companies within the group.

Lena's early experience includes working as a Master of Science Chemical Engineer with external assignments at Industriell ekologi,Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan from 2002 to 2004. Lena'sprojects involved investigating the export of Swedish environmental technology and studying coastal management in the Baltic Sea.
