We believe ADHD professionals deserve advanced, affordable, research-informed training created specifically for the realities of coaching.

That’s why Dr. Eliza Barach and ADHD Coach Mary Smith created the ADDvance ADHD Coaching Conference — a conference built by coaches, for coaches.

The ADDvance conference is designed for professionals who already have foundational training in coaching, counseling, or mental health and want to deepen their ADHD/neurodivergent expertise through practical, evidence-based continuing education.

Our audience includes:

• ADHD Coaches
• Life Coaches
• Parent Coaches
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• Therapists & Counselors
• Mental Health Professionals

All conference sessions are designed to qualify for ICF and PAAC continuing education credit, allowing attendees to deepen their ADHD expertise while earning valuable professional development hours.

This conference is intentionally focused on professional development for practitioners — not general ADHD education for parents or educators.

We believe professionals grow best when they can:

• Learn from experienced practitioners
• Explore current ADHD research
• Strengthen both coaching and business skills
• Connect with peers who understand the complexity of this work
• Access high-quality continuing education without prohibitive costs

Conference topic categories include:

• Foundational & Advanced ADHD Coaching Skills
• Psychoeducation
• Business Development for Coaches
• Ethical & Sustainable Practice Growth
• Self-Care & Longevity in Helping Professions

The ADDvance conference was created to fill a gap in the ADHD professional education space by offering focused, practical, coach-centered learning that supports both practitioner growth and client outcomes.

If you’re a coach, therapist, counselor, or mental health professional looking to integrate stronger ADHD-informed coaching skills into your practice, we’d love to connect.
