Paul Will has extensive work experience in various roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Paul began their career at KPMG as a Senior Accountant from 1989 to 1992 before moving on to American Hi-Lift as a Controller from 1992 to 1993. Paul then joined Celadon Group Inc., where they held multiple positions including Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Controller, EVP and CFO, Vice Chairman, President & COO, President and CEO, and finally Chairman and CEO from 1993 to 2017. In 2017, they started their own company called Will Consulting, where they worked as a Transportation and Logistics Consultant. In 2019, they transitioned to addvantage Global Ltd, where they initially served as the EVP of Business Development - North America before taking on their current role as the Global Business Development Director in 2020.
Paul Will attended Madison High School from 1980 to 1984. Paul then went on to Indiana University Bloomington from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
