Serge Baudin has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Serge co-founded and served as the CEO of Addventa in 2014 and later co-founded and became a partner at Sesha in 2020. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Serge worked as a Finance Sector Sales Manager at Steria France from 2010 to 2014. Serge also held the position of Financial Services Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2007 to 2010. Before that, Serge was a Partner at BPO Sales from 2005 to 2007. Serge gained valuable experience at Capgemini as a Global Account Director in the Banking Sector from 1998 to 2005. Serge also worked at Forte Software as a Business Development professional in the Finance & Manufacturing Sector from 1994 to 1998. Their earlier roles include serving as an Account Manager in the Finance Sector at Oracle from 1991 to 1994 and as an Account Manager in the Banking Sector at IBM from 1988 to 1991.
Serge Baudin began their education at Sciences Po Strasbourg in 1983, where they pursued the Section Economique et Financière. Serge studied at Sciences Po Strasbourg until 1986.
After completing their degree at Sciences Po Strasbourg, Baudin attended Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr from 1986 to 1987. Here, they pursued EOR Relations publiques and achieved IV Bataillon.
In 1987, Baudin joined emlyon business school and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance. Serge completed their MBA at emlyon business school in 1988.
