Raghu Raghavan

Raghu Raghavan is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as General Manager and Chief Manager at Addverb since March 2022. Prior to this role, Raghu held the position of Assistant General Manager at JSW Paints from January 2018 to March 2022, where leadership was demonstrated in overseeing design, engineering, and commissioning of a significant greenfield project for a water-based paint plant. Extensive experience includes engineering management roles at Asian Paints, overseeing automation and maintenance operations, and managing plant expansions. Additional expertise was gained at SRF Limited, MRF Tires, and earlier positions at The Archean Group and Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, contributing to project management and engineering functions. Raghu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Production Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, completed in 2002.
