Helen Vincent

Helen Vincent has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and organizational development. Helen has held various roles in multinational companies, including Head of People & Organization at ADDX and Human Resources Manager (APAC) at Sandvine. Helen has also served as Director of Human Resources at Denselight Semiconductors Pte Ltd, where they led a cultural transformation initiative. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Project Manager (APMEA) at GTA and as the APAC Lead for Human Resources at Itron Metering Systems Singapore Private Limited. Helen has also held leadership positions at Emerson Process Management, INVISTA, Numonyx Pte Ltd, and STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated strong skills in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and team management.

Helen Vincent's education history includes an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning in Singapore, obtained from 2016 to 2017. Helen also holds a Diploma in Human Resources/Personnel Administration from the Singapore Institute of Personnel Management, earned from 1989 to 1990. Additionally, Helen has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and History from the National University of Singapore, completed from 1983 to 1986.
