Inspired by the cowboys working the ranches and plains of Brazil, Adega Gaucha takes the concept of the Brazilian steakhouse to a new level as it opens a new location in the heart of Orlando, being able to deliver a unique dining experience that blends the comfort and service of high-end dining with the authentic and welcoming atmosphere of a Brazilian steakhouse.

At the center of this effort is Jean Ricardo Oliveria, a veteran restaurateur that has two decades of experiences pursuing excellence in Brazilian steakhouses. Oliveria knows every facet of the business because he started as a busboy in New York City and moved up (and around the country) as he served as a sommelier, manager and then General Manager of the Fogo de Chao flagship location back in NYC.

Oliveria’s deep understanding of the industry is evidenced in his accomplishments, including an initiative that reduced maintenance expenses and implementing a purchasing program that drove beverage costs down by 3%. As a mentor, manager and professional dedicated to the highest standards, Adega Gaucha is sure to be a successful venture and a premier experience for every guest.

In this way, in Adega Gaucha, we strive to bring our Brazilian ranch culture, hospitality, and culinary expertise to our stakeholders in the form of incredible food, welcoming ambiance, and cooperative service to foster strong relationships with them. We are here to create family, leave our mark, and work towards changing the trajectory of fine dining by incorporating our cowboy culture and our future vision. At our humble abode, we focus on prioritizing our guests to the best of our abilities and exceeding their expectations exponentially.
