Cato Yang

Cato Yang is the Director of IP Rights Management at Adeia and brings extensive experience as an intellectual property attorney. They previously held roles at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, McCracken & Frank LLP, and Hickman Becker Bingham Ledesma LLP, where they specialized in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, patent litigation, and due diligence investigations. Cato has significant expertise in a wide range of technical fields, including semiconductors, medical devices, and artificial intelligence. They earned a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and are currently pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
