Seung Kang

Seung Kang is a globally recognized technologist specializing in system architecture-driven co-optimization and strategic IP in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Adeia, Seung previously held significant roles at Qualcomm, including Director of Engineering and Team Leader, where they led efforts in developing advanced semiconductor architectures for various applications. With a vast portfolio of patents and contributions to over 60 high-volume product tape-outs, Seung has played a pivotal role in the evolution of mobile system technologies. They have also served as a Distinguished Lecturer at IEEE Electron Devices Society and have been actively engaged in academia and conference organization. Seung’s educational background includes BS and MS degrees from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
