Raphael Stein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence across various industries. Currently serving as the Division Director for Knowledge Management & Data Analytics at the Department of Education And Knowledge (ADEK) since June 2020, Raphael focuses on enhancing the education system through data-driven decision-making. Previously, as VP of Pricing and Enterprise Analytics at Yahsat, Raphael developed global analytics strategies and pricing workflows, supporting profitable growth across subsidiaries. Prior to that, roles included BI Senior Manager at Oi/Telemar, where Raphael led business intelligence initiatives, and IT Business Intelligence Manager at Brasil Telecom, overseeing substantial BI operations and budget improvements. Raphael's educational credentials include executive education in Artificial Intelligence from MIT and a Master's Executive Certification in Business Administration from Northwestern University, complemented by an MBA in Telecommunications and a degree in Information Technology.
