Will Rayner

Will Rayner serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society (RA&HS) of South Australia, promoting the state's primary industry through key events such as the Royal Adelaide Show. They are also the President of the South Australian Cricket Association and a Director of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority. Will previously had a 15-year career at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Rural Bank. They are a Churchill Fellow, having investigated alternative finance structures for Australian family farmers in North America and China in 2017. Will holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
