Matthew Cyr

Matthew Cyr has extensive experience in behavioral support and job coaching, currently serving as a Job Coach at Adelbrook since May 2015, where responsibilities include assisting students with developmental disorders in acquiring job skills, interviewing techniques, and professional social skills. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an In-Home Applied Behavior Specialist at Connecticut Behavioral Health, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment planning, and care for children with various mental disorders. Additionally, Matthew has a retail background with Gap Inc./Old Navy, where duties included supervising sales activities, training new employees, and performing financial transactions. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and previously attended the University of Connecticut for the same degree.
