Vincent Schmitt has extensive experience in social work, beginning as a moniteur éducateur at IME cottolengo from 2005 to 2009. Vincent then progressed to various leadership roles at the Institution Mertian, serving as Chef de service from 2016 to 2021, and later as Directeur adjoint until 2024. Currently, Vincent holds the position of Directeur de l’institution Mertian at the Association Adèle de Glaubitz. Vincent completed a DEES in Social Work at IRTS Nancy and has further qualifications, including a CAFERUIS from ESEIS.
