Constanza Berman

Constanza Berman is the Vice President of Business Development at AD1 Global and is also involved in Asset Management and Investor Relations at ADËLON Capital. They began their career with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University, where they graduated with a 3.6 GPA. Constanza has held various roles in the hospitality industry, including as a Revenue Management Trainee and a Development Team Intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and a Front Desk Agent at St. Regis Bal Harbour. They gained experience in Human Resources at W Hotels and worked in asset management roles prior to their current position.
