Winner of the Best Boutique Hotel in Victoria by the TAA in 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018, Adelphi Hotel sets the benchmark for bespoke hospitality, offering luxury accommodation within a stunningly converted warehouse in historic Flinders Lane.

Adelphi has been transformed into a magical, modern and uniquely memorable boutique experience.
From decadent carpets, dessert-inspired art and luxuriously rich furnishings, to sweet fragrances and indulgent sounds, Adelphi is truly delicious.

The hotel features 34 rooms ranging from the 90sqm Palatial Suite complete with a main bedroom and lounge area overlooking Flinders Lane, to the spacious 48sqm Flinders King and lead-in 38sqm Comfy King.

Adelphi also has no-fuss ‘all-inclusive’ pricing which includes welcome drinks on arrival, minibar, Wi-Fi and local phone calls.

At the heart of the hotel is Om Nom Kitchen.
A delightful cocktail bar & Hi Tea Room, Head Chef John Law, has designed a menu which will tempt and tease diners with sharing style plates designed to harmonise with our whimsical cocktail list.

The iconic overhanging glass-bottomed 15m lap pool & rooftop deck area is very popular for hotel guests to swim laps in and is also available to be hired out for functions of up to 100 people.
