John Siderakis

John Siderakis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration within the higher education sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Administration at Adelphi University since September 2022, John leads multiple departments including University Human Resources, Public Safety, and Title IX. Prior roles include Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Adelphi University, as well as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at The State University of New York and The City University of New York, catering to thousands of faculty and staff. Additionally, John has been a Managing Member of a real estate portfolio since 1998, focusing on facilities management, legal affairs, and financial services. John holds an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School, a degree in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
