Kees Leune

Kees Leune is an experienced chief information security officer and academic leader, currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adelphi University. Kees provides academic leadership to a department comprising approximately 30 faculty members and over 450 students. Previously, Kees held various roles including Associate Chair and Program Director at Adelphi University, and has experience as a researcher, consultant, and mentor across multiple organizations including Northwave B.V., SANS Institute, and Global Information Assurance Certification. Kees earned a PhD in Information Systems from Tilburg University, where they also completed an M.Sc. degree.
