Sally Shaw served as a Young Person’s Project Officer at Metabolic Support UK from 2018 to 2020, where they developed the NextGen Project to provide support and resources for youth living with Inherited Metabolic Disorders. Currently, Sally works as a Compliance Manager at Adelphi Values, having progressed from the role of Compliance and Operations Executive in 2020. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at John Lewis, including Business Process Analyst and Assistant Business Analyst, where they focused on process improvement and stakeholder engagement. Sally earned a 2:1 degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2009 and 2012.
