Arben Dragaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and financial oversight across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Controller/Coordinator at adelphi since July 2023, Dragaj previously held the position of Financial Project Officer at GFA Consulting Group GmbH from February 2020 to June 2023. Additional roles include Office Manager for an EU-funded project from October 2016 to May 2019, Project Manager at Strategy & Development Consulting from September 2015 to September 2016, and Junior Consultant for a USAID project. Earlier roles include Project Manager for an EU-funded project in the Office of the Prime Minister and Office Manager for a project in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Dragaj’s career began as an English Language Teacher with USAID/World Learning from September 2007 to June 2010. Arben Dragaj holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Pristina and a Diploma in Local Economic Development from the University of Galway.
