Dr. Robert Brandt

Dr. Robert Brandt serves as the Managing Director at the Renewable Energies Agency since January 2019, also holding the position of Geschäftsführer at Agentur Für Erneuerbare Energien (AEE). In addition to these roles, Dr. Brandt is a Senior Project Manager at adelphi, where extensive knowledge in international, European, and national energy policy is applied, complemented by over 14 years of experience in various aspects of energy policy including renewable energy, market design, and energy efficiency. Previous positions include leadership roles at Bundesverband Erneuerbare Energie e.V. and research at Forschungszentrum für Umweltpolitik. Dr. Brandt obtained a Doctorate in Political Science and a degree in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin.
