Gunnar Will possesses extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as Head of Change & Organisation and Senior Project Manager at adelphi since April 2016, focusing on national and international energy policy initiatives and campaigns. Additionally, Gunnar Will has been involved with the Institut für angewandte Positive Psychologie -ifapp- since October 2019, providing coaching and training on various topics including teamwork, personal communication, and rhetoric. As a Co-Founder of TRAIN TO MARS from April 2019 to September 2020, Gunnar Will contributed to guiding individuals and organizations into new work environments. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Head of the Energy Efficiency Export Initiative at GFA Consulting Group GmbH and Communications Officer at Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH Dena, along with initial consultancy work at IFOK. Gunnar Will holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and has received training as an NLP Practitioner, Master, and Trainer through ifapp.
