Gregory Strobel

Gregory Strobel has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Gregory started their career as a Consultant at C.MAR Travail Temporaire from February 2002 to October 2004. Gregory then worked as a division manager and senior finance recruiter at HAYS PLC from April 2005 to July 2012, specializing in recruiting for various industries such as energy, finance, and architecture. From October 2012 to October 2013, they served as a Recruitment Officer at CARGLASS, focusing on repairing and replacing vehicle glass. Gregory then joined Eco-Emballages as a Recruitment Manager on a temporary contract from February 2014 to June 2015, working on reducing the environmental impact of packaging and paper. At IENA | Performance Management et Business Consulting, they were the Head of Human Resources from November 2015 to December 2017, providing consultancy services for performance management and business improvement. In February 2018, they founded and became an Associate Director at ESQUISSE Ouest, a recruitment firm assisting companies of all sizes and sectors in their hiring process. Gregory continued their career as a Senior Recruiter at OSE Group from December 2018 to April 2020. Finally, they are currently working as a Senior Recruiter at ADEME, the French Agency for Ecological Transition, where they are committed to fighting climate change and resource degradation.

Gregory Strobel attended IFOD - École des métiers du coaching et de l’accompagnement from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on acquiring the Compétence Coach. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) in Gestion des ressources humaines et services at Groupe IGS Formation Continue. Earlier in their education, from 1998 to 2000, Gregory studied commerce international at Jean Lurçat, completing a BTS degree.
