Jerome Roch

Jerome Roch is a seasoned regional director with extensive experience in environmental policy and management. They have served as the Directeur régional délégué at ADEME, where they represented the organization in the Caribbean and managed a diverse team focused on climate and sustainability projects. Previously, Roch held several positions including Head of the Performance Management Unit and Executive Director at the Agence locale de l'énergie et du climat d'Indre-et-Loire. They also contributed to energy transition initiatives while leading the Energy Transition Department at Région Normandie. Jerome holds advanced degrees in Public Policy Analysis and Environmental Sciences.
