Pascal Schuermans

Pascal Schuermans is currently a Chef de projet at ADEME, focusing on polluted sites and soils since 2023. Previously, from 2020 to 2023, Pascal served as the Adjoint du bureau santé environnement at the Ministère de la transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires, and before that, held the position of Chargé de mission REACH, CLP at the Ministère de l'Environnement from 2017 to 2020. Pascal has also worked as a Consultant at AJBD, specializing in public waste management optimization, and as a Chargé de mission scientifique at the Institut français de Budapest, where they facilitated university and scientific collaboration. Pascal’s career began with a focus on economic development and international relations at Direccte IDF from 2014 to 2017.
