Then, they joined Lanskey Constructions as a Quantity Surveyor from May 2011 to July 2013. After that, they worked at Perkins Builders as a Contract Administrator from July 2013 to July 2016. Currently, they are working at ADENCO, where they have held various positions including Contract Administrator from July 2016 to February 2018, Commercial Manager from February 2018 to January 2019, and currently as the Director since January 2019.
Richard Maher completed their Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Munster Technological University in 2009. Richard then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management in Construction from Heriot-Watt University, which they completed in 2010.
