Coline D'Halluin currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience e-commerce & app at ADEO Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Coline held various positions at Leroy Merlin from March 2015 to July 2023, including Responsable métier digital ecommerce and Chef de projet digital, overseeing marketing projects and digital content. Coline's earlier experience includes roles as Chef de projet digital at Voyages-sncf.com, focusing on web and mobile initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, and Chef de projet TGVlab at SNCF, where project management skills were developed. Additional experience includes a marketing development role at France Télévisions and a vice-presidency in an associative humanitarian project. Coline holds a Master 2 in Management and Marketing from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and has pursued further studies in UX strategy and design.
