Antoine Lams

Antoine Lams serves as the Digital Product Leader for Encaissement at ADEO since January 2022, overseeing the development, deployment, and support of Front and Back encaissement products across nine countries in the Adeo group. Responsibilities include managing a team of 45 collaborators organized in Agile teams, defining product vision and strategy, budgeting, and collaborating with various countries' IT departments to gather strategic needs. Prior to ADEO, Antoine held senior project management roles at Auchan Retail from 2011 to January 2022, where Antoine managed a portfolio of significant IT projects related to encaissement, focusing on multi-contributor, multi-business, and multi-country initiatives. Antoine's work involved project structuring, team management, system design, implementation, and comprehensive project reporting.
