Audrey Guidez

Audrey Guidez is currently serving as the Business Domain Leader for Project & Configurator at ADEO since October 2023. Previously, Audrey worked at Leroy Merlin from August 2014 to October 2023, holding various roles including Product Leader, Product Owner (part-time), Project Manager (part-time), and Data Administrator. In these positions, responsibilities included managing user needs, backlog prioritization in a scrum-ban environment, leading workshops, and liaising between stakeholders. Prior experience includes a road trip with Working Holiday Australia and a work-study training in the Quality and Purchase Department at Cadès, where product quality management and supplier relations were key focus areas. Audrey also gained experience as a sales and HR assistant at Sous Mon Toit. Education credentials encompass a Master of Sciences de Gestion from IAE Lille and international studies in economics and management from institutions including the University of Helsinki and Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
